We’ve done business with Ballantyne Jewelers for over a decade, including custom designed wedding bands and engagement rings, necklaces and a beautifully designed ring made from the wedding rings and stones of my grandparents (who were divorced after 40 years of marriage) turning something with negative connotations for my family into a great piece that reminds me of my sweet grandmother! Recently a diamond fell out of my wedding band (they really should be checked periodically) and I was looking at paying a deductible in order to replace it through my insurance. Sami at Ballantyne Jewelers told us he could fix and replace it at the same cost or below our deductible. When we called back a few days later to see what the final estimate would be, he informed us that he had already fixed and replaced the diamond at no cost to us! He told us he valued us as customers and we certainly felt and feel that way. Ballantyne Jewelers definitely has our business for any of our future jewelry purchases!

I never walked in this store, but, did do bus. over the phone with Sammy and purchased a beautiful Ebell diamond watch. I got a great price and it was delivered on time. Great place to do bus. with. Thank you from Southern «Sunny» California

I had to get a link taken off my watch and a engagement ring sized, Yuhan helped me out he was very professional and very patient told me exactly what he was doing with the watch and also with the ring. The prices were very fair and the ring came out sooo beautiful looks brand spanking new! I’m excited to pop the question Tomorrow on the 4^th!!! Was basically ignored when I came in the store, but the people who entered behind me were not. Found someone in the back to look at the ring I came in to sell. He went behind a door and came out just as quickly stating that he had no interest in buying the ring. I would never go back here, to buy or sell.

My then boyfriend (now fiancé) surprised me a few months ago to go look at engagement rings and the first place we went to was Diamonds Direct. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the customer service and selection of rings. The environment felt very commercial and the quality of the rings reflected that as well. It took FOREVER to even get acknowledged and by the time we got some service, we felt rushed & unimportant. It wasn’t a very pleasant experience overall.
A couple weeks later, we decided to visit Ballantyne Jewelers. Immediately when we walk in, we felt welcomed and was very impressed with the store itself. It’s a beautiful place with a large selection of jewelry, from luxury watches to engagement rings, you name it, they had it. Yuhan was very attentive to our needs and informative as he sat down with us to explain the 3 C’s before he showed us a selection of rings that was in his price range. We never felt pressured to buy or rushed. I knew exactly the look I wanted and in the end, Yuhan was able to work with my boyfriend to custom make my dream ring for a lower price than Diamonds Direct could ever offer. We got engaged last week & I couldn’t be happier with my ring! It is honestly perfect & everything I’ve envisioned and more! My fiancé & I highly recommend!

Visited Ballantyne Jewelers recently to purchase a gift for my girlfriend. The family owned store’s staff made me feel right at home catering to all of my needs. I explained what I was looking for with regards to style and price, and I was presented with multiple options. The staff does a great job of working with you to find what you are looking for without pressuring you into buying something you don’t want, like most jewelers would. Furthermore, the prices were very reasonable and I feel like they have something for everyone. My experience at Ballantyne Jewelers was great, and I will be back for all future jewelry needs. I highly recommend checking this place out.

Yuhan helped us out. He’s very professional and had a LOT of patience. Going in, I had an idea of what I wanted but still wanted to try on different style rings. He helped me find MY ring. Even when I was SO torn between 2 rings and I kept going back and forth, he was so calm and did not try to rush me into picking a ring. This was our second time shopping for a ring here and even after I moved to a different state I would still travel back here for my jewelry!

My custom multi-​diamond set was beyond repair and needed to be re-​made. I was very particular about who I chose to do the work. I was most impressed with Ballantyne Jewelers. They do their own work and the turn-​around is very reasonable (much quicker than I expected!) Yuhan Tekin was very knowledgeable and had wonderful customer service. He assured me that my ring would be right and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product! I will certainly use them in the future and send friends their way! Although I didn’t purchase a jewelry from their stock, they have BEAUTIFUL jewelry — some of the most beautiful diamond rings I have ever seen!

Had such an wonderful experience at Ballantyne Jewelers! They have a huge selection and the customer service was EXCELLENT. It is family owned and each member of the Tekin family went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. There was no pressure and they were extremely helpful and knowledgable! It is great to know there is a jeweler in town who will help you find what you want and work with you to stay within your price range. Thanks to Sami and Aydin, I was able to trade in my old ring for an absolutely stunning upgrade. They even customized it and sized it in less than an hour so that I could have it that day!
