History

Established in 2008.

We are a locally owned & operated business. We have had several facilities in and around the Charlotte Metro area for over 15 years including Charlotte’s 1^st fully climate controlled facility. We pride ourselves with the cleanest, most secure storage option you can find along with top notch customer service. We give back to our community in many ways including large donations to the local YMCA and many other charities including the BCC Rally for the Cure and we are a proud member of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce.

We are proud to have Jeff as not only our site manager at Ballantyne Storage but also our lead operations manager for all of our sites. He has been in the storage business starting with us approximately 5 years ago. Jeff is known for always going out of his way to take care of his customers, he builds strong relationships with everyone that walks through the doors of his facility. His eye for detail is outstanding which creates a clean and secure facility for his customers. We have recieved lots of feedback from many of his customers that have nothing but good things to say about Jeff and we are proud to have him
