Not much to go off for a quick battery run. I needed two watch batteries and the attendant didn’t know how find the model number on the battery. I had to guide him along. Also, the prices are higher here. Found the same watch batteries at lower from $ 3 less.

Cannot recycle alkaline batteries and offered to toss them in the garbage but folks, it is the 21st Century and batteries contain high levels of zinc and other metals toxic in high concentrations! It’s the law in Europe to recycle these batteries –can’t we do better?

Had to grab a battery for ye ol’ garage door opener so I tried this place out. The staff was very helpful especially since I didn’t have the battery with me. Unfortunately, I picked the wrong one and had to make a return trip but got it right the second time. Only possible gripe is that the staff guy was overly helpful. Not sure if he was that bored or just starved for attention but it was maybe a bit much. Anyways, if you ever need the oddball battery besides a AA or AAA these guys can usually hook you up.
