History

Established in 2012.

Elf has been a professional artist for over 25 years and has been tattooing since 2006. His long-​standing relationship with Infinity’s End prompted a pairing of the two business. Infinity’s built our tattoo studio inside their Independence location and we are thrilled to join forces with such a beloved Charlotte business.

Elf desires every tattoo be custom-​designed for each client so you will not find a wall of cookie-​cutter art in our studio. All consultations are free and walk-​ins are welcome, although we primarily work by appointment. We also have many original, framed works of art painted by Elf for purchase in our studio.

Elf began his art career in 1986. Over the years his artwork has been published on book covers, posters, skateboard decks, t-​shirts and comic books. He has painted murals all over the Charlotte area from businesses to private homes. He has had, to date, two solo art exhibitions of his original art.

As the art of tattooing has progressed over the years, Elf became more enamored with the art form. He began his tattoo career in 2006 and strives with every design to have them look like paintings on skin.
