We purchased an area rug that had been a floor model and were not at all sure it could be «saved». Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable and kept us updated throughout the process. We also had the rug shortened and re-​stitched on the ends. It turned out beautifully and for a very economical price. Excellent experience and I will definitely be a return customer.

I can’t say enough good about this company. We used them when we first moved into this house a year ago and they were extremely flexible and responsive. Used them again today and Josh came to our house and just did a phenomenal job. Great guy who took pride in his work. I don’t even know if there are cheaper options out there, but it doesn’t matter. I’ll continue to use carpet pros for our cleaning needs.

Our puppy chewed a hole in the carpet and they came out and did an excellent job repairing it. Everyone was very professional and friendly, from the woman who set the appointment to the man who made the repairs. I would highly recommend them. We were very happy with the outcome.
