These guys are awesome! We’ve been to other dog day cares on this list, and there’s really no comparison when it comes to customer service. A+

I have to say, I had done what I thought was a TON of research on doggie day cares in Charlotte. Needless to say I went with the one that had the most positive Unilocal reviews (by numbers). That was not Club Fetch. I wasn’t happy there! I felt like the staff wasn’t friendly, they were slightly snippy about my puppy’s behavior, and I never felt welcome. Not to mention they didn’t allow for any scheduling flexibility or cancelations on daycare at all (Even 2 weeks out). I also found out they had an incentive program for reviews which explains why there were so many…
Then I met Club Fetch. My only regret is not trying them first. Its a fun part of my morning to go in there and drop my dog off! I look forward to talking with them! My puppy is eager to leave me when we pull up. I can relax and work and know she is taken care of!
Save your time, make Club Fetch your first doggie day care stop in Charlotte, from someone who has tried them all :)

The staff here at Club Fetch Big is incredible. Very friendly and always gives you a status update on how your furbaby did that day. Blaire took the time to give us a tour the first time we stopped in to show us around and see exactly where our little Zoey girl would be spending her day. The facilities are extremely clean, and the entrance is very homey and welcoming.
I understand that toys are a no-​no in group settings because they can cause fights, etc … but I wish Club Fetch had some things for the dogs to do. Our last day care in Ohio had some obstacles, bridges, tunnels etc for the dogs to run through which I felt at least gave them something to «play» with other than each other. I think they have some stuff and Club Fetch Mini, so maybe they’re working on Big since it’s a fairly new location.
Either way, I would highly recommend Club Fetch for boarding trips or just for a drop off at Doggie Day Care.

So I know there are definitely people out there who are like «uhh, did you say you take your dog to daycare?» Yes, and no shame. When I moved to Charlotte, I took a big sigh because I basically had to start over to find a new place for my pup to get his exercise on. After a massive amount of research and calling places, I found Club Fetch. There are a few simple reasons why I like this place:
1. They open early and close late — This is so important because I’m constantly either running in there early or running late.
2. They have two separate facilities: One for big, energetic dogs and another for smaller or medium-​size calmer dogs — It’s nice that they don’t just have a little «space» for the small dogs right next to the big dogs. They can actually run around a bit more.
3. When you board your dog, they will put them in daycare ALL DAY — I can’t tell you how many places I called that said «oh yeah, we do 2 20min sessions a day for the boarders» or «oh sure, you can add an extra hour of playtime for your dog, but it will cost extra».
4. They post pics of the dogs every day on social media so you can check in on your pup.
5. The people there are soon nice, so you feel like you’re dog is going to be in good hands when you leave.
My dog certainly had fun at Club Fetch, and this is going to be my go-​to place from now on.

I absolutely LOVE Club Fetch! You will not find anything better! My dog, Reynolds, has been going to Club Fetch for a year now, since she was 16 weeks old, and I have had nothing but positive experiences. Blaire and Jules both truly love dogs which is evident as they know every dog’s name and personality. Reynolds runs and jumps into the door every morning, practically opening it for herself. When I toured other facilities in Charlotte none had the same personal touch, cleanliness and caring nature that you will find at Club Fetch! Blaire and Jules were beyond accommodating when Reynolds was a timid little puppy, when she got spayed, when she was sick and even when I forgot to make a reservation over Memorial Day Weekend (whoops!). I also have had Reynolds bathed and groomed at Club Fetch and have been very pleased. Both Club Fetch Big and Little have incredible facilities and the most accommodating, wonderful staff around!

My sheepdog Thor and I LOVE this new location! The owner, Blaire, has put so much time and thought into this place, it’s incredible. This location of Club Fetch is for the bigger dogs, 35lbs and over. I came to tour the facility before dropping Thor off. Blaire is so open and friendly, always ready to give a tour and show you what they’re up to. You won’t find those online «pup cams» here, but you won’t miss it (let’s be honest, they never work right anyway). The staff here is so friendly and welcoming. They have a handful of new staff that needs to be trained a little bit more, but I am so confident in Blaire’s attention to detail and love for this place, I’m sure they’ll be up to speed quickly. The facility is clean and very well maintained. They have 3 play areas so that dogs can be separated by energy level and personality.
I am probably one of your more high maintenance dog owners, I want to know where Thor is, what he’s doing, if he’s having fun, when he last pooped and sometimes I call Club Fetch just to check on him. Blaire, Jules and their staff really get to know your dog and care for them like their own. They’ll answer all of your questions, and get more information if you need it. They’re in constant contact with a local vet, so they stay on top of health concerns like the dog flu that was found in Asheville. Please believe me, if Thor stays here, you’re good to go. Haha. I recommend Club Fetch all day every day.

We love, love, love Club Fetch and so does our pup, Grady! Not only can you tell they treat him well by how excited he gets when we pull up, but further, the staff is always on top of everything. Plus it’s a SUPER clean facility. We are very particular about where we take him, and have full confidence that he’s in good hands when he’s there!

Definitely the place to bring your dog!!! The staff is amazing and my dog didn’t want to leave. Anytime I’m in Charlotte I take my dog to see Jason (owner), him and his team are the best: trustworthy and reliable!!!

I can’t say enough about Club Fetch. We are picky about where we leave our pup. After moving from Austin to Charlotte this year, we searched all over for a place that met our high standards (our dog is our baby). Eventually we came across Club Fetch, and have been hooked ever since.
The staff are always helpful, knowledgable, upbeat, and caring. To say they go above and beyond for their customers and their dogs is an understatement. We recently migrated over to the Big dog facility with our 75 lb. lab mix, and it is just as awesome as their other location. I would recommend Club Fetch to any discerning dog owner. You and your pup will not be disappointed!

My four stars are for the cleanliness of the facility (I took a tour before we took our dog there) and the friendliness of Blaire. I also LOVE that the dogs get all day play time here — as opposed to scheduled playtime slots at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Instagram photos are such an appreciated, personal touch! :)
However, during the 3 day weekend that we were gone, my fiancé and I put in SEVEN phone calls to club fetch to check up on our pup. Sometimes he gets really sad when we’re away & won’t eat his food. Not to mention, this was his first time at club fetch. All SEVEN phone calls went unanswered. I’m sure all loving pet parents can relate to the assurance a quick phone call check-​up can provide. After the third or fourth unanswered call I began to feel very nervous and uneasy about the staff. Our dog was in great spirits when we picked him up & we’re happy with the report we received.
My tip to club fetch — get your business line forwarded to a phone in the back if you don’t always have some staffed at the desk. Pet parents would appreciate being able to talk to someone when their animal is in the care of others.

I love Club Fetch! I’ve been to several of the local dog facilities and have never been as happy or impressed with the cleanliness of the location, the attentiveness to the pets and care they give my dog when I bring her there.
This is the only place I bring my dog and feel comfortable and worry-​free! Great South End location. Blaire is a wonderful person to deal with and everyone is always very friendly.

I have had nothing but phenomenal experience with Blaire, Jason and the team. My puppy has been a member of club fetch since March 2014 and she looks forward to her daily play time.
Boarding has been reliable, clean, and welcoming. Playtime has been a godsend for me and my black lab retriever!
Unfortunately we’re moving to the DMV area and I so wish I could pack up the team and move with me!
I so love Club Fetch and recommend any pet lover to consider becoming a member too.

Club fetch is great! It’s highly convenient if you live in the south end or uptown area. My dog has done both doggy daycare and boarding there and he is seriously pooped after we pick him up (in a good way!). He is super high energy, so that shows me that the staff is committed to keeping the dogs active all day which I appreciate. The staff is flexible and friendly, and my dog seems to have a great time every time he goes. My only gripe is that it’s a bit pricey, but I would rather pay extra so he’s not sitting in a cage at the vet all day. Great find.

We love Club Fetch! The staff and facility are wonderful. Our pup is always so excited when the folks there great him (by name) when we arrive. With so many customers, it’s impressive that they remember the names of both their pup and human clients.
Even though Blair is a White Sox fan, he treats our pup Wrigley very well… almost as if we had named him Konerko.

The staff is so friendly and really knowledgeable! The service you receive here is better than anything I have received in town. They will meet you as you are coming in and check in is super easy so you can go about your day! They even give you a «report card» after your dog’s first visit letting you know how they did.
The facility is top notch! They separate the dogs into 3 different areas based on size. I love how they have a «TV Room» for the dogs to watch TV. haha.
They also require all updated health records so you know all the other dogs have had their shots. This puts me at ease as a dog owner.

It is a real relief to finally find a good place to take your dog in town! I highly recommend it!

There’s only word to say that best describes Club Fetch, EXCEPTIONAL! The only place for genuine care, compassion and love for your pet. Lucy is here Monday — Friday every week and actually gets excited in the mornings to go! Thanks to a great team and a great facility for the peace of mind I have each day knowing Lucy is in your care.

Club Fetch is AMAZING! I am a total nutjob leaving my dog ANYWHERE and I have never felt better leaving him in the hands of the staff at Club Fetch. The staff was more than gracious in giving me a full tour and the facilities are EXCELLENT. They are so meticulous with any and all requests with regards to food, treats, toys, beds, and then playtime as well. I know that my little pup is so well taken care of when I leave him and has a great time. They also require a day of evaluation for dogs, so I know there are no dogs there that are not socialized in with my furbaby (seriously, I know, I have a problem.) The report cards at the end of the day help a ton, too, knowing that the staff took notice of how my dog did.
The location is great for me as well, and again, I cannot say enough about the amazing staff. Their Instagram/​Facebook feed with all the pictures also helps put my mind at ease while I’m away.
Whether it’s boarding or daycare you’re after (the dogs play when they’re boarding, it’s all included) I don’t think you will EVER find a place as great as Club Fetch.

When I moved from Atlanta to Charlotte earlier this year, my most puzzling item was what to do with my dog, Wiley, when I went out of town. We had a great team in Atlanta, and after searching high and low in Charlotte I didn’t know if we could find someone we trusted with a safe, clean facility.
As soon as I walked into Club Fetch, I knew that would be Wiley’s home away from home. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly with my tour, which assured me this is where I wanted Wiley to be; and although I was hesitant about the doggie daycare portion (only because Wiley had never been in that environment), Club Fetch’s free comprehensive assessment put my mind at ease immediately. Now, I even take Wiley to doggie daycare when I’m in town sometimes just so he can play with all his new friends — both human and canine! I highly recommend Club Fetch and their stellar, caring team for anyone looking for a home away from home for daycare, boarding, and/​or grooming services.

I only want the best for my dogs. Beauty of Club Fetch is… not only is it the highest quality facility that I’ve seen in Charlotte, the pricing is exceptionally reasonable! Highlight that with the fact that you can tell that their love for the animals is first and foremost.
If you are seeking a reliable place for your pets, you need to visit to see the facility. The dogs are divided by their size/​energy level and I was blown away by the organization. All is extremely clean, doesn’t have the typical odor as other place (typically from lack of cleanliness), and the actual facility (from the pet cots, kennel quality and size, to the cleaning room. They have multiple options available for stay packages, day packages, and walks. Extremely impressive operation.
Club Fetch has gone above and beyond expectations for our furry family. If you are anything like me, you will be elated to have Club Fetch in SouthEnd.

Club Fetch rocks, plain and simple. It is clean and full of doggy fun. I take my pup 2 – 3 days a week to burn-​off excess energy while I’m at work. He comes home tired and happy. They post daily Instagram and Facebook photos so that you can see your pooch interacting with his furry friends. The staff is friendly and they are all great with the dogs. This is the best doggie-​daycare I’ve seen in Charlotte.

Club Fetch is hands down the best place to take your dogs! Clean, hi-​tech and super friendly. The staff is fabulous, they know all the dogs by name and treat them like their own. My two dogs get so excited when we pull up, they cannot wait to get in the doors and play with their new friends. I have used them for both doggie day care and overnight stays and could not be more impressed with both services. The rates are great and the kennels are large enough that my two labs can comfortably stay in the same one with room to spare. To top it off they post tons of photos on FB and Instagram so I can still see what my pups are up to while I am away from them.
If you want your dogs to have the best experience, go check out Club Fetch, they will not disappoint.

There are many choices for doggie daycare in the area. There area few my pooch and I rotate between but our pick for proximity and the amount of joy he displays when we pull up is hands down Club Fetch.
They are attentive while making sure the pooches are active and safe. They do a terrific job of posting photos of your pup on their Instagram and Facebook which is such a treat while traveling or just at work. If you live in the Southend or Dilworth area give Club Fetch a try — plus it’s not far off 77 if you work uptown and live in South Charlotte.
