I decided to give this company a try because I thought it would be less expensive and wanted to compare them to my current Carpet cleaning company, Cline Services. It was a big mistake. Dewayne gave a rough estimate over the phone based off of pictures and dimensions and it changed once he arrived. Then he went back and forth with me trying to get more money from me. I eventually gave in…
He zipped through the cleaning process and left us with soaked carpets for 3 days and most of the stains resurfaced. He said his price was more than what he quoted because of the additional stains he didn’t know about, but I did explain pretty thoroughly. Anyway, he didnt get up stains as he said he would. Also, he used a weird smelling chemical to clean with that almost smelled like bad vinegar! I do not recommend using this company.

D & E Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job on my carpets today. Dewayne and Tim are very professional and take a lot of pride in their work in addition to being all around nice people generally. They explained everything as they were doing it, let me check out the carpets midway through to make sure I was satisfied, and asked me if I had any questions or anything. He even offered to do the stairs over again if they weren’t clean enough, but of course they were. I would definitely have them back out to clean the carpets the next time around.
