Daniel McCall

Daniel McCall is one of my favorite yoga teachers. I’ve had classes with him at Yoga One, but he also teaches at Breathing Room and participates in the Yoga Meetup that happens in Freedom Park.
His classes are challenging, but they are always accessible. Particularly when I first started doing Power Vinyasa yoga, Daniel’s classes were rewarding because they helped me build my confidence. He teaches a lot of variations in poses, and his presence is kind of no-​pressure, low key, and encouraging at the same time. I feel like I get a great workout without stressing myself out in the process, which is really what yoga is all about.
Even though he’s not been teaching very long, he’s still one of my favorites. His explanations are clear, his assists are really helpful, and he makes you laugh at least once or twice in the midst of it all. Check him out.
