Please consider using a different law firm before using this office. I have had an open lawsuit for almost 2 years. They have not done anything to help resolved the lawsuit. They will not return my calls at all and I call every other day! I am constantly out through to voicemail. I have been trying to get them to send a request to my doctors office for records, and they have not done it. When they originally requested the records from them, the doctors office never sent them. The lawyer literally said, «eh, don’t worry about them, we’ll just use your other doctors records.» I said that this doctor was the one I was seeing at the time of my accident, so those records would be the ones necessary for my case. So I took it upon myself to contact the doctor about the records. After 3 months of fighting with the doctors office to get the records done, they finally said to have my lawyer request them again. I have tried numerous times to get them to take care of this matter. It’s ridiculous!!! I am fed up and tired of being strung along! They are supposed to work for ME! They made me believe my case was worth their time. I am going to have no choice but to either go into the office and demand they take care of matters, which I am handicap, and they say they will come to you (BS). Or I am going to have to fire them! They don’t care that I have been turned over to collections for these bills. All they have to do is return my call and send a fax to the doctor! Why is that so hard to do? The paralegal should be fired! I will never rexommend this office because of the negative experiences I’ve had. Stay clear of them!
