Coming from a competitive gymnastics background, Lisette used her experience as passion for fitness and health to launch FIT in 2009. With a focus on addressing the growing need for education in fitness and wellness, FIT is continuing to grow each year spreading the knowledge of Exercise as Medicine and all its benefits.

Originally from the beautiful Pacific Northwest, Lisette is a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist holding a masters degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. In addition, Lisette has been a certified personal trainer since 2007. Opening First In Training here in Charlotte in 2009, Lisettes primary focus is to use exercise to promote wellness and improve her clients quality of life. Lisette got her passion for health and wellness growing up as a competitive gymnast, followed by spending over 7 years as a head coach of young elite gymnasts, specializing in their strength, conditioning and injury prevention. Lisette has worked in the Charlotte area as a personal trainer/​physiologist since 2008. In her spare time, Lisette is a judge for local junior Olympic gymnasts, as well as an avid rock climber, backpacker and overall adventurist. Lisette’s passion for health, fitness and an overall improved quality of life has proven to be an inspiration to those around her.
