30-​Day Warranty: All repairs requiring replacement parts are covered by a full warranty for 30 days after the work is complete. If for any reason a part we supplied is faulty, fails or a problem reoccurs within 30 days, we will replace the part free of charge.

Privacy Guarantee: Our technicians are there to fix your problem as quickly as possible. The only parts of the computer that will be accessed are system files. Personal documents, music, photo and video

files are only accessed with your consent for the purpose
