One of the worst places we have done business with. At first contact with this company we were told that the K24 swap in the EP3 would be a 4 – 5 day turnaround with a quoted figure as well. After about a week we contacted them and was told that the K24 that they supplied for the swap was bad and to sum it up this happen not once but the first 3 that were «installed» had issues. Finally they get a engine in and contacted us saying that it just had to be wired up. First off if they had previously installed other engines to find out they were bad they would have had the wiring done. After a month and a half the car was finally ready for pickup without being tuned (in which that was suppose to be done before pickup). On arrival the first thing that was noticed was the horrible exhaust job that was done in which we had to find another shop to correctly weld together the exhaust as well as a few other corners cut just to get the car running. Before we left we wanted to pickup the old K20 that was in the EP3 originally which also was agreed upon with before the car was dropped off. They could not locate the motor at the time for us to pickup but said that they would ship it out so we didn’t have to drive back which still has not been done after 2 months of waiting. It took over 45 days to get the car back from what should have been a cut and dry swap since they did not tune it like they had promised. I would advise to not let this shop touch your car nor would I purchase anything from them with the expectation of any customer service. They ignored all aspects of us trying to contact them about the car and now are wanting us to cover partial shipping on the engine since the owner «wasn’t thinking it was going to a residential address». There are many better options in Western NC as it goes for shops to have work done in and can promise that this shop will never see a dime out of many or any of our associates that we deal with in the community.

Great service and products! Inventory is spectacular and has variety of different import motors. Billy’s knowledge on each chassis and motor was outstanding. If you need any motor maintenance this also the place to go to. They do mostly everything from head gasket replacement to swapping motors when you purchase them! If your local or out of state this is the place to go to on the east coast.

Great service and very professional. Has great knowledge on cars. Billy is personally onsite and always involved with the daily task that come through. He is the go to guy.

Awsome customer service. That guy Billy working at the office cool as heck and is a very experienced technician. He owns a 600hp turbo s2000 sick looking car. Does great work and stay by there product and service. Would recommend anyone who needs a routine maintenance or heavier repair job done. Place is outstanding. Great job guys!

These guys are true professionals and super friendly. Billy really knows his stuff and the prices are pretty reasonable. He went through my newly purchased S2000 and even took the time to follow up with me after my visit. This is extreme rare with any business these days and this is probably the only place I would trust with my car.

The goto shop even for something simple as a oil change or difficult as a motor rebuild or engine swap. Billy is a very knowledgable mechanic and he’s even a ASE Certified Technician. First class service every time!
