Horrible service and very unprofessional staff!!! I don’t know how this company does business but the staff at Jos. A Bank need to have some serious customer service training. Or maybe just some lessons on how to act like decent human beings. Out of all the staff there was only ONE nice lady who didn’t treat us like garbage. They got my measurements wrong, and three other people’s measurements in our party, which meant an extra trip. We rented 6 tuxes for a wedding and at each fitting the staff was rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. They mixed up the groom and the father of the bride’s tuxes. If it was just my experience that’s one thing but each member of the wedding party had similar experiences. The suits were great, but it was a nightmare dealing with the staff. Get it together, Joseph!

We decided instead of wasting money on renting suits for our wedding, that we would purchase them instead. Jonah was excellent at helping us pick out the right suits at the right price for the bridal party! My soon to be husbands dad lives out of state and so he was is contact with his local store there to make sure he got the same suit, price, etc. My soon to be father in law got his suit, had it altered and shipped to us for our wedding next month! We opened the box to hang the suit and we realized he had the wrong suit. We called Jonah right away to tell him the situation. He told us to bring the suit in right away and he would get it taken care of. He went ahead and ordered the correct suit, and has it expedited to my soon to be father in laws house. He also went over and beyond our expectations by calling his local Jos A Bank store to let the manager know the situation. By doing this he saved us the headache of calling the store ourselves in order to not have to pay for alterations twice. All in all, this is by far the best customer service we’ve received in a long time. I would recommend seeing Jonah for your next suit.

Absolutely horrible service. I called ahead to see if we needed an appointment to look at tux rentals and was told to just come in. When we arrived the salesman blatantly ignored us. We approached him, as he was not busy. He told us to go look through their books. 10 minutes later we were still being ignored and the store was not even busy. We had a much better experience at men’s warehouse and would recommend you not wasting your time with this store and their rude salesmen.

Jos A Bank’s is not the best men’s store in the area, but from time to I have found some things here that make for nice gifts. I bought a couple of cashmere blend sweaters that were on sale. While they weren’t the best quality in the world, for the price point, they were really not bad. I have found the service in this store to be a little better than I experienced at other locations.
