Got a good price to have a hefty piece of furniture removed from a third floor apartment. They guys who came were on time, polite, uniformed, and professional. Exceptional service from a local company!

Easy to book and appointment. The employees that showed up were on time, professional and fast. I like this company because they always seem to have a discount on their web site. Now all of my clutter is gone! Happy to start the New Year this way! :)

I know it’s just hauling junk so you’re probably thinking «how complicated can this be?» Customer service is increasingly more important these days since the public is being more discerning where and with whom they spend their money. Junk Masters and Matt, the owner understand this.
I looked on Unilocal (of course) and none of the Junk Hauling companies had reviews. So I called on Saturday to inquire as to pricing (never having hired someone to haul junk for me, I have no idea what the going rate is) and Matt answered the phone. I described what we wanted hauled – a king-​sized mattress, a basketball hoop and pole, and a shower door. He said that would run $ 80. I thanked him and said that I would be calling around to get more pricing. After I hung up I received a text message from them thanking me for my inquiry. Nice touch! I called a few other places. One place was a corporation/​franchise and didn’t have local representation (annoying). Another place wanted to send someone to do an estimate (unnecessary in this case as it was only a few items), I mentioned this and the lady said «the prices start at $ 65 and based on what I described it would be around $ 90 to $ 120.» At this juncture I was satisfied that I had done enough research and decided to schedule an appointment with Junk Masters for the service. Side note: one of the appealing aspects of Junk Masters was that they are open 7 days a week so if I wanted my sh*t outta here on Sunday, my sh*t would be outta here Sunday! Anyway, I digress… our appointment was scheduled Monday at 10:30 am and I tell you that big green truck pulled up to my house at 10:30 on the dot!!! I expected this service to be like most in that they say 10:30 and call you at 10:45 to tell you it will be closer to 11:30 and they arrive at 12;00. This was not the case. Matt hopped out of the truck at 10:30 greeted me in a friendly manner, introduced himself and inquired about my New Year! You can’t really ask for much more in customer service! Good job Matt! Your great service will surely reward you in many ways!
