I shouldn’t write a review as I don’t want the appointments to fill up– but this is literally the best pedicure and gel manicure I have ever received in Charlotte. She was nice, professional, quick and accommodating (she gave my husband a pedicure even though he hadn’t made an appt). We will be back every two weeks from now until ever.

Not going back. Got a pedicure a few days ago– where she had cuticle trimmers and apparently cut deep on the side of my toe nails. I see a red bump and now pus is coming out from where she cut into the side nail of my big toe. I really wish she hadnt taken the liberty to cut my toe nails on the sides and bring it down so much. I hear that can cause ingrown toenails. My toe has also been sore on and off the past few days and it is warm to the touch. Painful if i put any pressure on it. Super not happy right now.
