Manpower Collision

Great place. I recently had my Honda Accord repaired from a car wreck and they went above and beyond. Not only was the work top notch but they also detailed my car, filled my rental car up with gas because I forgot to, and also stayed late to meet me after hours. Great customer service!

Manpower repainted the hood of my BMW 335i. The prior vehicle owner had gotten an inferior paint job on same, so additional services were required from the original estimate. Tim patiently walked through the options and provided evidence to support his concern. I am very satisfied with all elements of this job and am happy to endorse them.

We went in at 10:20AM. We got an estimate. It sounded fair so we decided to wait to get the garage scratched damage painted. The waiting room is spacious and air conditioned with pleather couches. There is a large murky fish tank.

These guys are amazing! and the only place I’ll ever let work on my car ever again.
I had gotten a pretty nasty dent in my passenger side door while living in LA, but decided to wait to get it fixed once I had shipped it back to NC. I contacted the dealer at the Mercedes dealership, who recommended Manpower over all of the Mercedes Certified collision centers in the area.
I had previously gotten a quote for the dent at one of the aforementioned certified collision centers and almost passed on even getting it fixed because of the outrageous price ($ 2400) and 7 day repair time.
I took it to Manpower, who quoted me a price ¼ of that, and told me it would be ready in 3 days. Tim explained to me exactly how they’d fix it and even sent over pictures during the repair process.
I picked my car up yesterday and it look absolutely amazing [they even detailed it for me :) ]. My dad, who is the most meticulous human being alive and can spot a scratch on my car from a mile away, was absolutely amazed and could not even tell that there had ever been a dent there.
Tim and the guys truly know their business, cars, and what they’re doing; when I picked my car up yesterday, a salesman from a nearby, reputable, dealership had brought in a brand new car to get a dent fixed on it’s bumper, before putting it back on the lot– that’s how good they are.
One last thing, ladies, something we’ve all fallen victim to before, these guys didn’t try to price gauge me and convince me that I needed to replace the entire door, along with dozens of other adjustments (aforementioned body shop did– literally the guy told me it would cost extra money to replace the glue on the back of the silver trim that they would have to remove.)
Manpower has gained a family of customers for life and I still can’t get over how amazing my car looks.
