VISITDATE: 1÷17÷164am After midnight this becomes the worst McD’s I’ve ever visited, which says A LOT. It’s a shame because by day it’s a very reliable and organized place. I am almost certain the woman who collected my cash was also cooking this last visit, meaning 2 people were manning the entire store. It took an astounding 15 minutes for the car in front of me to get their food, and 11 more for me to get mine(hotcakes & a biscuit). It was as if they were preparing these meals entirely one-at-a-time — in between transactions– and then quite obviously taking their utmost time with each step, as if intentionally trying to PROLONG the customer’s wait. A surly nightcrew was the icing on the cake. So if it’s after sundown, AVOID like the plaque.

Now I don’t go to Mcdonalds a lot but the few times I’ve been here… jeeze. This is the slowest one I’ve ever been too. What is going on inside that the drive through is taking so long? And to make matters worse, the employees are far from friendly. They don’t even look at you when taking your money or handing you your food. The only plus to this location is that it’s close to home and easily accessible late night if we’re in need of some grease. Corporate should step in and make some serious moves to get this under control.

This is one of the poorer experiences I have had at a fast food restaurant. Drive thru didn’t move for about 8 minutes but you can’t get out of the queue. Order taker didn’t confirm items on order. Will not go here again.

Average. Nothing great, nothing terrible. Food was good enough and the people were a little rude, but all in all, you get what you pay for.

Worse McDonald’s I have ever been to. I live close so I eat here whenever Its late or early. No matter what time you come whether late or early they are always slow. I stand in line for 5 to 10 min just to get my order taken when there’s not even a line. You will be standing there waiting while theres groups of employees talking… gossipping…cussing. The drive thru is just as slow except you better expect to go in to get what they forgot to put in bag… whether that be food… creamers and sugars for coffee… I recommend HOLDINGUPTHELINETOMAKESURETHEYGOTITRIGHT and maybe eventually these clowns will learn to get it right. Customer service is also horrible .the kids that work there are feisty young black females who could care less to be there let alone deal with you. Out of all the times I’ve been there being a regular there maybe once have they said thank you when they hand me my food despite the fact I say it each time I get my food. I was raised with manners though, i recommend bojangles across the street.

When you are headed into work late on a Sunday night/early Monday morning and have the munchies, the only options you have to pick up something quick are fast food options and convenience stores. Thankfully, this McDonald’s is open 24 hours… at least the drive-thru is. McDonald’s has everything down to a science these days. The ordering process is easy, you pay at the first window and pick up at the 2nd. The only problem with late at night is that you sometimes have to wait for your food to be cooked but that’s a good thing. At least it isn’t waiting in a heat bin for you. The staff here was friendly here even late at night and McD’s is one fast food place where my order is almost always correct.

Not sure if being the Duke here is good or not, but it’s open 24⁄7 so it gets 4 stars from me. Good late night spot close to home to grab some needed grease when necessary. Drive through moves fast and it’s in a safe location. Love me some nuggets!
