I am a self-​proclaimed «muffin chef». My lifelong dream has been to open a business devoted to the healthy, yet delicious muffin. Back in the day when muffins were rarely given a place of honor, I made it my goal to bring them back to the top (that was 25 years ago). I have made thousands of muffins for special events, holidays, college packages, gifts, and just to brighten someone’s day. People always ask, «Why don’t you do something big with your muffins? They deserve to be on the market.» My husband and children have encouraged me to make this a reality. They constantly remind me that people love muffins, but it is impossible to find one that is truly delicious, moist, and most importantly, a healthful indulgence.

I was unable to start my muffin business earlier in my career, because I was busy enjoying life as a French teacher, traveling with my students on study abroad programs, and experiencing the satisfaction of making a difference in the world of eager, young minds.
