My Next Level acknowledges the interview as a critical component of the hiring process, recognizes the importance of securing employment and understands the role the interview plays in employee retention and engagement. As we build a pipeline of candidates beginning with high school students, to college students, to adults with workplace experience who secure employment, we will in essence bridge the gap between the employee and employer strengthening individuals, organizations as well as the economy.

Ericka Spradley, CEO of My Next Level, has 10+ years of leadership experience in the retail and banking industries. Her understanding of the multi-​faceted leadership realm has provided a level of expertise in human resource management and career growth that is currently used to help others secure employment. These experiences, combined with her behavioral interviewing certification from the University of Texas at Austin and her degree from Strayer University, have enabled her to become an effective communicator and coach. Not only is Ericka able to develop others, but she also assists them in assessing their growth potential. As a Career Coach she enjoys: preparing clients for the interview, assisting organizations with interviewing resources and contributing career content for publications as well as organizations.
