NoDa Bark and Board

DOESN’T LIKE VETERANS! Unfortuantely me and my dog were not accepted to Noda. After dropping off my dog I received a phone call an hour later telling me it «wasn’t going to work» with out a clear respsonse I was confused since my dog is great with people and other dogs. I was also welcomed by a Police officer in the background for no apparent reason. On my application I explained I was a disabled veteran and my dog was a trained medical alert dog. Maybe that seems scary I’m not sure. Or maybe I’m just not the right «fit» for that side of town.

Great place! We bring our dogs to day care about 4 days a week and board there whenever we head out of town. B’n’B offers nice play facilities and individual condos when boarding. The staff genuinely care about our dogs and when we run into staff members at the dog park or events around town they are always as excited to see our dogs as our dogs are to see them!
Also, one of our dogs has pretty bad separation anxiety — even she can’t resist leaving us for the chance to go to bark and board!

I used to feel guilty when I’d be gone from the house all day and would need to find a solution for letting my dog out. Now, I feel guilty when I don’t have to work all day and she stays home because that is how much she loves this place!
The staff here are VERY dog knowledgeable and pay special attention to each pup that walks through the doors. Dogs are put into groups based on their size and interaction levels and get tons of play time both indoors and outdoors. My dog is a rescue with «men issues» and they made an effort to have the female staff members handle her so she’d be comfortable and they keep a special eye on her for that reason.
If you walk into Noda Bark and Board during a busy pick up/​drop off hour, you will think you’re watching air traffic control at its best. They are extremely efficient getting the dogs in/​out, know each dog by name, and you can tell all of the dogs love it there!
I feel very comfortable with this place and I’m sure my dog would love it if I could bring her every day!

I’d say I love this place, but it’s more appropriate to say my pup loves this place! She’s excited when she gets there in the morning and is a tired pup when I pick her up in the evening. The staff are great, some days pics are posted to their facebook of all the doggies playing and I always get an update of how Amber ran around playing all day and it shows when she passes out within 2 minutes of getting home. So glad this is such a convenient option for us living in the area.

Love this place! Staffed with true dog lovers who seem to deeply care about each and every dog. I have a very skiddish dog and they take amazing care of her– she truly loves going there.
Weekday hours are great, I appreciate the 7p closing. When the weather is bad, I wish they were open on the weekends so my dog could exercise & play.

I have been taking my dog to Club K-​9 now Noda Bark and Board. My dog is a well behaved dog but needs a lot of love and care. She has received lots of love and care from the doggy care takers and owners. Once my dog had a urinary track infection. They notice a drop of blood in her urine. I had not notice it myself. I received a call from the owner and was recommended to take her to the vet. Needless to say I was extremely impressed with their detail observations of my dogs condition and how fast they notified me. I cannot imagine a better place for my dog then with Noda Bark and Board. The staff and owners are for sure committed in providing their customers with the best care money can buy. I have recommended Noda Bark and Board to countless of people and I have only heard amazing reviews. So glad they are there to take care of my dog. Keep up the good work!!!
