O’Mar Nichole was started by Dexter Stroman and his wife. Being true to their natural instincts to help, serve, and educate people, Dexter and his wife decided the best way to reach the most individuals will be to provide a service that allows them to speak directly to the customer. The idea of «each one, teach one» encompasses their passion to help debunk the myths of network marketing, serve others by helping save money on bills they are paying for and educating individuals on how to start their own home based business and navigate the road to financial freedom.

Dexter has had a passion for helping and educating people since he could remember. He has been an educator of all age ranges for over ten years. In that time he has been a coach, life educator, mentor, adult educator, and a teacher. Dexter believes in helping individuals live a better life by exposing individuals to various opportunities that help mentally, physically, emotionally, financially, and socially. He encourages individuals to step outside the normal box of thinking and strive to create generational wealth through network marketing and makes it his mission to give access to those who are under-​served. He tries to stay at the forefront of his field with his knowledge of new products and services available in order to provide excellent customer service to residential and commercial clients.
