Established in 2006.

Over The Counter improv (OTC) began as a way to help individuals become more outgoing, less shy, and more confident in the workplace and socially. As its unique methodology yielded terrific results, corporations began inviting OTC to perform shows for corporate events this in turn led to workshops for employees to help with team building and public speaking.

In the summer of 2006, Paul attended an improv workshop and within 8 weeks he was selected to be part of the first ever Student Improv team in Charlotte, NC and he never looked back. Over the past 3 years he has performed improv and and taught workshops for corporations, hospitals, birthday parties, charitable events, and festivals.
