I do the jobs that other jewelers don’t want to touch!

Make custom jewelry and customize your watch (add diamonds to bezel and band); also we fix watches, we do service on high end watches, and replace watch battery. We replace battery on remote controls for the cars and I fix car remote controls for imported cars.

Clerk/​dude had the audacity to quote me $ 28 for a watch battery replacement. Overall vibe of the place was Vegas pawn shop.
I went to a competitor who politely and efficiently replaced my battery for $ 8.

Amazing jewelry services with best prices! I brought my engagement ring in to get it sized, and it was done in 30 minutes for less than half the cost of what a chain jewelry store charges. He dipped it and cleaned it also and my ring is the best I’ve ever remembered it looking, the shine is amazing, truly sparkles again. Thank you for your amazing shop and work!

I took my engagement ring here to have it sized smaller since I didn’t want to mail it in and wait 3 weeks to have it back! It’s a while gold band and he said he could do it in an hour if I wanted to wait, I waited and 30 minutes later my ring was the perfect size! $ 50 for the change, great service and great timing!

I realized the center stone in my engagement ring had moved and really needed it fixed but I had the hardest time finding anyone in Charlotte who could do it. Pavel’s was able to take care of it in two hours on the same day and they cleaned and polished my engagement ring and band. It looks beautiful and now it’s perfectly secure So I don’t have to worry about my stone coming loose — thank you so much!

I brought a watch to Pavel’s to see if they could repair. I had previously taken the watch to another jeweler to change the batter. When I received the watch back it started to slowly lose time. I look back to the jeweler who said the watch was broken and it was due to «poor design» and I should return it as it was not repairable. After bringing a different watch to Pavel’s to have sized I asked about this watch and they asked me to bring it in. Pavel’s was able to repair the watch without any issue. Between my last visit and this I also brought another watch to have a batter replaced. I love the customer service I’ve received at Pavel’s, you can tell they care. I highly recommend them to anybody who is shopping, needing batteries replaced, or any sort of repair.

I spoke with someone over the phone. I didn’t catch his name, but they lost my business just because of the rude way he spoke to me. He was very unprofessional and tried to make me feel stupid, I was as nice as could be and what he said and the way he said it was uncalled for.

Very nice and honest people
Very good and honest, I take my watches there for the batteries to be changed, they have them marked and many times I have not had to pay anything since the battery was still until warranty, have also bought a really pretty emerald ring there.

I thought same day ring sizing was a myth in Charlotte– but it lives here! My ring was sized in under two hours on a Saturday. Needles to say I was very pleased to be able to wear my engagement ring right away and not have to wait 2 – 3 weeks like I had heard other jewelry stores make you wait. I was pleased with the pricing and level of education offered. I now know I can boil my ring for 20 minutes to restore luster– who knew?
