Specialties
Husband-wife team Mark Meissner and Casey Hickey, who earned her Diplôme de Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu Paris, showcase their appreciation of exceptional wines and chocolates at Petit Philippe, a wine and confections store and tasting room in Myers Park. Meissner oversees the wine selection and Hickey shares her talent as a chocolatier with Twenty Degrees, her line of in-house produced artisan chocolates and confections.
Petit Philippe offers a well-edited selection of boutique and premium wines from California, Oregon and Europe chosen to appeal to anyone seeking the perfect bottle of wine — whether it be a familiar classic, cult favorite, up-and-coming star or an obscure gem.

Business Owner
Husband-wife team Mark Meissner and Casey Hickey, who earned her Diplôme de Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu Paris, share their appreciation of exceptional wines and chocolates at Petit Philippe.
Prior to launching Petit Philippe, Meissner’s work in finance and personal wanderlust took him around the globe, including a two-year assignment in Grenoble, France. It was in Grenoble that his real passion for wine was stoked. Since returning to the States, he learned the art and science of garage winemaking and furthered his passion for wine when living near California’s famed wine country.
Hickey’s line of chocolates, Twenty Degrees, named in recognition that cocoa trees can only be cultivated within 20 degrees of the equator, will be housed at Petit Philippe. After earning her degree at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Hickey worked in several Bay Area pastry kitchens, including Scharffen Berger chocolate’s Café Cacao. She also received professional chocolatier certification from Ecole Chocolat.
