I am writing this letter to express how disappointed I was after visiting your dealership last Thursday. I called earlier that day because I saw a vehicle on– line that I wanted to see. I was told that the vehicle was still available, so I made an appointment. I showed up at the dealership and it was 5 minutes before someone came to assist me. I met with a salesperson that treated me like I was an inconvenience and not a customer. It seemed as though he was in a hurry and not very attentive to my car needs. My disappointment comes from the lackadaisical attitude in which this particular salesperson approached helping me purchase a vehicle. It was as if my money was no good at this dealership. I left this situation feeling that if planet Suzuki sold 2012 automobiles for one dollar I would shop elsewhere for a vehicle. Fortunately, there are a number of reputable dealerships in the Charlotte area and I was able to purchase a vehicle the next day. In today’s economy, it is amazing how a customer can come to a business and be treated like a piece of crap! I will forward this letter to the Better business bureau for their records as well as post on Facebook and twitter about my experience. I know nothing will come of this letter, but I will do my very best to advise my friends that this is not a place that you want to go when you have money to spend on a vehicle!

The are helping me sell my SUV — I will bump the star rating up if they do it in a timely fashion. If I had to spend time at the dealership waiting on service (I do not own a Suzuki) they have waters, sodas, fresh cookies and popcorn.
Does anyone really like going to a dealership? I don’t
