History

Established in 2009.

Providence Property Management was created in response to the housing market collapse in 2008 as an alternative for Charlotte homeowners who were unable to sell their homes after prices fell across the nation. We have been working with homeowners to take a more intelligent, market-based approach to managing their real estate investments.

Since inception, Providence has grown to include a full suite of real estate services — always with our clients’ best interests in mind. Whether you’re looking to invest, buy, sell or rent real estate, we can help!

Meet the Business Owner

Trent C.

Business Owner

Trent Corbin is the owner and President of Providence Property Management. With a background in engineering, investment banking and business management, Mr. Corbin has applied his unconventional style in building Providence Property Management; he believes that a customer service-oriented, tech-centric approach to real estate can dramatically improve the way Charlotte real estate is managed and brokered.

Mr. Corbin is also a co-founder of Warm Charlotte, a non-profit initiative that works to collect and re-purpose gently used household items for those in need in the Charlotte community. Mr. Corbin advocates for socially-conscious business practices and is excited to see the number of enterprising «millenials» moving into the Charlotte area to build their businesses and their homes here in the Queen City.
