Rent Photo Booth

ABSOLUTELY BEWARE!
I had a great conversation on the phone with this guy but then foolishly gave him my information to draw up a contract for his photo booth services for my wedding and to hold a deposit. He never sent me a contract and never responded to my questions– so I began to get worried. Upon a quick google search of his name and services, I realized how many complaints and fraud charges there were out there for the owner, Rolland Elliot. Because of all the negative complaints around his rentphotobooth company, his services are also under the name «Perfect Portraits.» He charged my credit card for the deposit (when there was NO contract) and then AGAIN for the 2^nd payment– so I disputed the claim with my credit card company.
