I am a graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelors of Arts and a Masters of Arts. My focus was Counseling Psychology. I have spent the last 17 years of working with children and families to assist with mental and emotional barriers that impede personal growth and development.

I take a holistic (mind, body spirit) approach to treating individuals and families. I believe that everyone has the capacity to change if they so desire, and I am here to support you with that change.

I am a Licensed Counselor and Certified Life Coach, and I am devoted to assisting you through a reflective process to help achieve your goals.

Knowing that life consist at times of challenges, providing a safe and nurturing environment you are gently nudged to move through any obstacle that may present itself while remaining true and honest with your feelings. You will have the support needed to keep you on track to your desired results.
