MIRACULOUS SERVICE !
I was running late on my inspection and rolled into this SpeeDee at 5:54 p.m. on June 15 (closing at 6:00), which was quite impolite of me. However, I was graciously greeted and welcomed to the lobby which was clean, cool, and cozy. In spite of my rudeness, the staff was very friendly to me. Billy Johnson got my inspection done in what seemed like no time at all. I know when I’m treated so well that I am with a good outfit that I will visit again and again. Mission accomplished.

This has been my go to place for an oil change for awhile. They are nice guys and service is always fast. They take just long enough for me to grab a waffle at the Waffle House or a beer at Chili’s.
I was very impressed after they replaced a power steering fluid hose for me. It was leaking bad and Andy took care of it. The next day while leaving work the leaking was still there and I could barely turn the steering wheel. I called SpeeDee in a panic and they said bring it back in and if I wasn’t comfortable driving Andy offered to come get the car. I made it in and in about 45 minutes they had replace the defective hose clamp (at no cost to me).
This is definitely my «go to place» for sure now!

Pulled into parking lot and immediately greeted by staff. Clear choices of services provided — fast (speedy) service ! Techs were conscientious of my vehicle and placed cloth on car so as to not get grease on my hood! Everyone seems happy ! No disgruntled employees or sour attitudes — employees all seem to genuinely enjoy their working environment. They did a Great job — super easy process ! I’d definitely recommend this place !! Two thumbs way up!

The receptionist is more worried about drinking dunkin donuts then helping the customers in front of her. And when asked what the hold up was because our was done sitting there for 15 minutes she replied with a snotty remark. Never coming here again.

First visit here. Needed to get my oil changed before heading out of town on vacation. They forgot to replace a ring on my filter so my oil slowly leaked out of my car on the way to the beach. I didn’t realize it until 2 days later when my oil light came on. By now the oil tank was bone dry and I was stranded with my 2 children. I nice stranger when to a store and brought me a few quarts to get me to the nearest Firestone where I had to wait for over an hour to get a new oil change done. I called the next Monday when back in town and was told I needed to bring my Firestone bill and come talk to the manager Andy. Andy offered me either a refund or a free oil. I told him I expected both. He gave me a hand written free oil change on a business card and told me my refund would have to be processed by corporate. That was over a week ago and I have never heard anything. I have tried to call Andy multiple times but either no one answers or I am told he is not there.

I brought my car in for an oil change. No problems until the police tracked me down after I picked up the car. Turned out that an employee used my car to get his lunch, and was involved in a minor hit-​and-​run accident. They never bothered to tell me about this, and luckily there was no noticeable damage to my car. Sadly, that wasn’t the case for the car that got hit, and my insurance had to cover it. Speedee offered a free oil change next time, but I never went back there, and I never will.
Clarification: my issue occurred at the Speedee at McMullen Creek, on Hwy 51, between the Waffle House and the Chilis.

I was not local to the area but I figured I would get a quick oil change. The oil change was not quick at all. It took about an hour to get it done and the cost of the oil change was average. It just bothered me with a name speedee and a setup for that name could take an hour to do an oil change. Then the up sale which I would of had no problem going for if I hadn’t just spent an hour on an oil change because I was not willing to be there any longer then that.

I dropped my wife off for a nearby appointment and was hunting around for something to do while I waited. With a long list of errands, my eye caught the «state inspections» sign here at Speedee and I popped in.
20 minutes later, my wife’s car now has had its inspection and I’m on my way.
Quick, friendly, efficient, comfortable. The waiting area has a soda machine, a television and free wifi. What more do you need?

I have been taking my car here for years for my oil changes. They are super quick and no nonsense. Drive up, give them your info, sit inside for 15 minutes, and your car is done! It’s pretty affordable too. Check their website before you go and you can bring in a coupon.
