Speedy Response Cleanup & Landscaping

Speedy Response is basically a yard cleanup biz run by a couple. The owner viewed my property, work detail & gave me an estimate. 1week later he returned on time w/​his crew — but was down 1 guy for a couple of hours. The crew & owner began work at 9am and worked all day until 6pm. Job consisted of trimming trees, bushes and spreading mulch. The biz owner talked confidently enough to get the job BUT his main problem is his team: They lack the experience (or desire) which translated into the work not meeting expectations.
This contractor cut too many corners which impacted the finished job. Also he didn’t have all the tools required to properly complete his work. When the crew finished … my yard appeared done by amateurs not a professional crew. Not tidy. The mulch was not evenly spread & there was debris left behind in the mulch. Not impressed by the quality of their work because I was required to do too much cleanup work behind Speedy Response Cleanup. Not what I expected after paying their bill.
