History
Established in 2015.
Owner Ricardo Ortiz started out a catering company in 2012 called Tacos Rick-O. People loved the concept of hiring a catering company that would make the food in front of the guests and provide everything needed to produce a great event. Ricardo then decided to open up a mobile food unit in September 2015. Now you can find Tacos Rick-O in the streets of Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas, as well as in private parties, and special events.
