History

Established in 1991.

The M1 Building Group is a successor of a legacy company originally founded by President Dale Manus in 1991. Initially, Dale operated under ‘Manus Remodeling’ in which he worked projects ranging from general carpentry and framing to major home remodels. With increasing experience, Dale gathered the skill set to become a NC Licensed General Contractor, and became specialized in custom-​built homes, with a specific focus on quality, attention to detail, and project management. To further develop his knowledge base, Dale became a NC Code Official and performed home inspections on new construction projects for Union County. Dale is the President of The M1 Building Group, providing professional home improvement services to Charlotte, NC and surrounding locations.

Business Owner

The M1 Building Group President Dale Manus has been in the construction industry for over twenty years. Dale has maintained a focus on craftsmanship and attention to detail to provide high quality residential construction services. Dale has diverse experience in residential construction, ranging from extensive bathroom and kitchen remodels, to complete project management for custom home built homes. Dale is a NC Licensed General Contractor, and has a detailed working knowledge of the NC Building Code, from his time spent as a NC Building Code Official.

Each and every client works directly with Dale, from the initial planning until the last project detail is complete.
