I recently signed at The Pointe as it’s under new management and is getting a facelift.
So far I’ve had a great experience through the leasing process. It was all very simple and well organized through the website. The staff has been friendly and responsive to any questions I’ve had along the way.
I will be moving into my apartment in the next week and will update my review as time continues.

I could write a book on how horrible this place is. Just don’t so it. Just… DON’T. Bad neighborhood. Dirty, outdate units. Cold and robot-​like staff. Lazy maintenance workers. Also, God FORBID you move out. They’ll make your life a living HELL. We were made aware of a «cleaning bill» only after it was reported to a collections agency. What? Wouldn’t you try to reach out to us personally BEFORE turning something over to collections? We didn’t hear a PEEP. Fortunately we got everything handled with the collections agent (without ANY help from The Pointe) so it wasn’t as bad as it could have been, but still!!! REALLY?
Bell Partners as a whole is just a horrible, sneaky, down-​right irresponsible property management company. Hit up Tyvola Center or Ansley Falls if you want to be in that neighborhood. Seriously. You’ll be doing yourself a favor.
