I am SO happy I found this place. The location was easy to find and they made me feel right at home. I had an hour long facial with Janiese. She was absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgable about skincare! By far the best facial I’ve ever had. The whole experience was pleasant, since the moment I walked in the door. I will definitely be back.

A great location! The overall ambiance of Toccare is amazing. Its like finding a small piece of heaven in your everyday life. Andrea was even willing to meet with me after hours because of my work schedule. Great experience. Will go back!

I’ve been a customer of Caci’s for almost 15 years and my experiences have always been top-​notch. The atmosphere in Toccare is so relaxing and peaceful, both Caci and Janiese are excellent estheticians, and the products are all carefully researched and environmentally responsible. I use Toccare for all my skin-​care needs and am always 100% satisfied with the results!

Janiese was absolutely amazing… I was a little gun-​shy about getting my eyebrows waxed after my last experience. But she totally put me at ease and did an AMAZING job!

After searching the Charlotte area for a great facial, I decided to give Toccare a try based on the Unilocal reviews. Caci is simply amazing. She is very meticulous and well educated. She sells the products she uses during your facial and will make suggestions on your current skincare routine, but will never pressure you into a purchase. Every person I have encountered there is very personable. I always have a pleasant experience and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. You can’t go wrong with this place!

Janiese is above and beyond any esthetician I’ve ever been too. I had a glycolic facial peel yesterday and never had more compliments. I’ve seen her for waxing for years and so glad I started getting facials too. She’s one of the best in the city!

Am I guy and I usually don’t go to spas. For whatever reason I wanted to get a massage and I happened to check this place out. So glad I did! The massage was amazing and very professional. I felt like a new person afterwards. I had Andrea, she was great and also gave me a bunch of tips on how to keep my muscles healthy. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a massage!

Caci is amazing — fast, efficient, and meticulous. I never leave there with any hair on my lip! She also has a really calm presence, I always feel so relaxed with her. Pricing is very fair.

I’m having such a hard time starting this review because I feel like my words will only cheapen the experience that I had. Words can not describe the experience I had at Toccare. I love… love LOVE getting facials. It’s a massage for my face, time that I get to actually shut off my phone, my hiding place… my tranquil getway. Lets get down to Toccare and the fact that this is probably by far the best location and place in Charlotte. Here’s why:
Location: SUPER easy to find. It’s off of providence rd in Myer’s Park. Parking during the day is a breeze and next to an Italian restuarant and a linen boutique. I seriously need to check out those places, too!
Atmoshpere: Love it. It’s a sunroom turned into a Day Spa! Super cozy, super quante and it smells heavenly in there. Shaby Chic décor with great sunlight to calm you while you wait for your spa service.
Now to the nitty gritty. My Facial. Janiese was awesome. I can say I’ve had my fair share of facials. And this one was by far the most relaxing, most rewarding, most soothing facial I’ve had since moving to Charlotte. You can really tell that she loves what she does and knows about skin care. My face was a dry oily mess and now it’s perfectly balanced and feels really good. I know I shouldn’t touch my face but I can’t help it! The products that TOCCARE use are all natural and all organic ingredients. I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeed my neck massage that she gave me while my FIRST mask was setting and I think I drooled a little bit. Two things I noticed that she does that I haven’t experienced before. I was a tad cold but I’m always cold even if it’s 70 degrees out and didn’t think anything of it. Slowly I began to feel heat coming from my toosh area and thought «man.I’m only 36… why is my butt warm and… am I having a hot flash??» and then I realized that the bed was warming up! She turned it on for me just to keep me nice and cozy! WHATTTT??? Snug as a bug. The second thing that I’ve never experienced that she did was when my SECOND mask was setting she gave me the most soothing, relaxing arm and HAND massage. This was not just any hand massage like you get when you get a mani… this was a body massage for your hands. I teared up a little bit. I was in totally bliss and was in a relaxation high… and I fell asleep… crap. Good thing I had another hand/​arm and I was determined to stay awake for that. hahahaha sooo awesome.
She put my eye cream on and that’s always lets me know that the facial is coming to an end… I joked and said «did you forget a mask? Maybe you forgot a step?» I never want that experience to end. She asked «how do you feel?» I said nothing. I had a hard time forming words. I had nothing to say other than a big deep sigh. It was that good.
Best Day Spay gem in CLT. I’m already booked for my wax (blah.that one is never fun) and bringing a friend. Already dreaming of my next facial. I need another job to help fund this habit of pampering myself.

What a great day spa in an adorable location – right in the heart of Myers Park.
They offer a peaceful atmosphere, top of the line products and some of the best services in the Charlotte area.
Janiese is a wonderful esthetician that truly cares about her clients. She has the perfect touch and is a true professional. I like to stay consistent in where I get waxed and she has done an outstanding job for the past several years. She helped even out my brutal eyebrows that were totally botched by some hag years ago. Janiese had very little to work with but she has managed to make them beautiful. I’ve had several bikini waxes by Janiese as well and they are always perfect! :)
She recently introduced me to hard wax which I LOVE! It is so much better than the strips and I found it to be less painful! It is so easy… must try!
I like that Janiese is always researching, learning and growing in this industry. She keeps up to date on all the cutting edge treatments and products. She is a wealth of knowledge so it is fun to just talk to her or pick her brain for anything!
Janiese has also done my makeup for a special event and that is a whole other area of expertise!
Bottom line, great space, nice atmosphere and adorable employees! Ask for Janiese and tell her I sent you!

Caci is truly the eyebrow goddess! I just happened to call to see how long it would take to get an appointment for threading and she told me she had a cancellation that day and I could head over! I am so excited that I found her! I am looking forward to returning ASAP to get a facial too. She really understood my sensitive skin issues and she works wonders– my face thanks you Caci!

Toccare is my go to place for facials and waxing services. Thanks to Caci, I’ve received lots of positive comments on my brows and discovered several wonderful products that are now part of my regimen.

Update:
Caci uses organic and all natural products on your skin. She sells the products she uses on your face when she does facials. The brand is called Amala and is amazing. A little pricey, but it’s an amazing investment for healthy skin.

My experience with Caci has been amazing over the years. Toccare is a beautiful and relaxing spa. I love the all natural products and European like atmosphere.
Caci’s brow wax and facials are by far above any other in town. I recently experienced a massage by Aimee, I will be back again as it was one of the best I have experienced in Charlotte.

After going to several salons around Charlotte, I found Caci a few years ago. I never felt the need to look around again. Always professional, clean, & comfortable (as a wax can be of course). Definitely recommend my friends to Toccare. You won’t be disappointed!
