History

Established in 1999.

I was born and raised in Charlotte. I graduated from South Meck. in 1984. Against my parents wishes I decided to play for a while. I, like most other kids, considered myself smarter than they were.

Well we know how that usually turns out. I was no exception. Things tend to happen when you’re 21 and just playing. You guessed it. Things happened and I was left with not many choices. When I say not many I mean not many. I had to move to my parents new house in Wadesboro NC, cut my hair, remove my ear ring, and go to work as an hourly employee at the new Wal-​Mart.

I did a lot of growing up then and was able to see an opportunity. I moved up quickly and was in management inside of 2 years. Within 2 weeks of being promoted I found myself in the right place at the right time. While at the Grand Opening of a new store, I met the Senior VP of personnel and this other guy; Sam Walton. I was offered a position with the Store Planning division. For the next 6 years I traveled the Country setting
