Since 2002, Universal Windows Direct has offered Cleveland, Ohio homeowners the highest quality home improvement products at the best prices on the market. In 2011 owners William Barr and Michael Strmac expanded into the Charlotte area in order to provide the same levels of service and quality products to North and South Carolina residents that they have been offering to Northeast Ohio for the past 13 years.

Universal Windows Direct of Charlotte is run locally by Joshua Engstrand. With over 15 years in the home improvement industry and four years served in the US Air Force, his combined skills and discipline have made him an effective manager; capable of responding to a customer’s needs and ensuring they have a top-​notch experience from start to finish.
