Wilkinson and Associates Real Estate

In 2012 my family rented a home through a rental management company (not Wilkinson & Assoc.). Everything seemed ok and I liked the company. I checked references, I checked to see that the property owner was current on taxes etc. and everything seemed to check out fine.
Within 40 days, my family incurred the expense of moving twice because the house was in such incredibly poor shape and disrepair. There were so many emails between me and the management company that by the end of it all, they not only let us out of our lease completely, they also refunded us every penny that we’d put down.
That property owner was Rose Morreale who now works for Wilkinson & Associates as a real estate agent. The unbelievable, utterly unprofessional level of stress that Rose put my family through in those 40 days was simply unforgivable, period. Run away from this woman!
