Decent for the price, but the price was going up when I left. Though the neighborhood itself was touted as the Safest Area in Charlotte when I first moved in, I had several problems with security being on the first floor. The worst was when I found someone ONMYDECK peering in my sliding glass door. The man ran off, but the police had to be called. There were several other incidents with the police around my building involving messy arrests AND my identity was stolen while I lived there.(The police said that it was probably from mail theft.) There is a pool, but it is always swarmed with children. If you’re in the ring of buildings around the pool, expect noise. There is a pay-in laundry facility(stock up on quarters), a gym which was rather nice, and a business room with internet/fax/printer access. The staff was nice while I was there and the maintenance staff was PHENOMENAL. Any request I made was addressed in no more than 24 hours. Would I recommend it? Yes, if you can get a third floor apartment. The vaulted ceilings make ALLTHEDIFFERENCE,(when I walked into my actual unit on the first floor after signing all of the paperwork and being shown a 3rd floor unit, I thought I was in the wrong room.)
