I’m a Dunkin donuts connoisseur however when I showed up at 6:30 in the morning after they were supposed to have been open for one and a half hours before the coffee was a brewed none of the pastries were out and nobody was within earshot-​they had to wear the coffee which I wanted iced and that took a while but then when I took the coffee back to my vehicle and drove away and tried it it was awful the worst is absolutely the worst cuppa coffee I ever had. It’s too bad because I’ll be in the area for the next few months…
Staff was incredibly rude to me for no reason to the point that I was uncomfortable. Lack of teamwork and respect among employees. Will think twice before I come back. Definitely agree with others that this place needs management overhaul.
