Stopped by today to get gel mani. Went to lady (I think owner?) who I’ve had before so I know she’s experienced. The polish job was awful – jagged at cuticle line. I kept looking at it between coats thinking she’d even it out. I said it’s not straight. She pretended not to know what I was saying, yet she spoke in her language to another employee. I said could we just take it off and she brought me a bowl of Acetone which turnedy cuticles white. I was ready to walk out and said I’d pay her half of $ 25. bill. She mumbled sorry. I was so hacked I made the mistake of giving her $ 22 instead of $ 12. In cash and didn’t realize it until I left. Yet she took the money.
