Loved this place! Never had a bad experience except the last time I went there to find they had gone out of business. The sub I always ordered tasted great each time and the waffle fries were just a bit crispier than Chickfila’s. Sad to see this place gone.

I’m not sure what the draw is about this place. I’ve been a couple times and both times I got food that was acceptable but not fresh or appealing. My most recent visit was double disappointing in that I attempted to use a coupon and was declined. I suppose this is because there is a new management? That seems like a bad policy and I don’t plan to return. I don’t think you’ll be unhappy with the food but I just can’t recommend you make an extra effort to go there.

Keep in mind this is a NEWOWNER that has erased previous negatives. One look and you can tell she’s put a lot into this business. The Food is much improved! I love the bread… much better than the«other» sub place. I highly recommend. Great location to grab a quick sandwich before a movie!

Went twice this week and really happy with it. Great service, excellent subs, reasonable price. Much better than Subway and beats Fabio’s. I’ll definitely be back.

I have only had one sandwich here; a steak and cheese sub. I got everything I requested on my sub, it was proportioned well, toasted well and had a good flavor. I got what I wanted; it was not bad but did not blow me away either. As good or better than a major chain with«Sub» and«Way» in the name but not as good as some of the Greek and Italian restaurants that serve subs can be. A sign on the front said«under new management» for what that is worth in August 2012. Your basic counter sales sub shop with tables if you want to sit down and eat. Nothing fancy here, just your basic sub shop. Parking in that portion of this shopping center can be difficult for parking close, but there is plenty of parking across the shopping center if you don’t mind a short walk. Apparently they have had problems with non-customers wanting to use the bathroom? A no public restroom sign out front. Customers may use the bathroom. I’m not sure how I feel about this policy because I have sympathy for anyone including the homeless that needs a toilet. Seems like the civic thing to do to allow anyone to use the bathroom but I understand that the homeless will frequent and hang around anywhere there are facilities available. A sad but true thing… you want to help but helping can bring a crowd of homeless and the issues that come with it.

This place has gone downhill in the past couple years. The sandwiches are still roughly the same(just less meat). Today we saw how bad things are getting, my wife ordered a 4 inch roast beef super, it’s listed on the cold side yet they warmed it, when my my wife brought it back up to the counter lady said oh sorry and gave her a bag take it home. Not even an offer to remake it cold. It’s so sad to see how the customer service is deteriorating. When Iris was the owner, at least she was more concerned about customer service.
