Dr. Dolly A. Garnecki is the Founder, President, and Director of Spinal Health & Wellness – she graduated magna cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida in 2007.
A board-certified chiropractic physician serving patients of all ages in northeastern Pennsylvania since 2007, she relocated to Charlottesville in 2008 where she launched Spinal Health & Wellness as the first chiropractic office in the mid-Atlantic region to offer corrective scoliosis treatment protocols. Dr. Garnecki is an active member of the Unified Virginia Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Association, the International Chiropractic Association, and the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association, and the American Pregnancy Association.

Dr. Dolly A. Garnecki is the Founder, President, and Director of Spinal Health & Wellness. Using enhanced Pettibon System techniques in conjunction with a variety of effective adjusting and rehabilitative protocols, Dr. Garnecki is honored to be among the elite group of doctors who are capable of reducing scoliosis curvature without the use of bracing or surgery.
A magna cum laude graduate, she completed her doctorate of chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida in 2007. Dr. Garnecki graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin in 1999. A military veteran, she served as an officer in the United States Air Force for 5 years before pursuing a career in health care.
Published in over 27 articles, including peer-reviewed journals, and 4 books including Bowling for Dummies as a spinal health expert, she’s an experienced writer and speaker. Adjunct faculty at Life University for post-graduate education, she teachers doctors about scoliosis.
