For Many years Dr. Villalon has been supporting and helping the residence of Charlottesville face and overcome many of their challenges. Although we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand those challenges to resolve the current challenges on our lives now. By applying different approaches and techniques, we will uncover long-​standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling, Happy, and meaningful life.

Business Owner

I have been involved w/​counselling since working as a volunteer at the University of Md. Help Center as a sophmore. I then worked on the psychiatric unit at Prince Georges Hospital for several years. I took a few years off of school while working in the hospital and then attended graduate school at the University of N.C. and received my Masters in Social Work in Clinical Practice.

Since that time I have been employed by the 16^th District Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court… Guidance Director for Albemarle County Alternative Education Center, Outreach Counselling, School Social Worker at Charlottesville High.

My approach is supportive, non-​judgemental and direct.

My application of hypnosis is used when appropriate in therapy or as a stand alone service.

I have also been providing Life Coaching for the past 9 yrs.
