Troymade LLC had been located at 122 West St Douglas Ma. for 3 years. I’ve worked as an ASE certified technician since 1998. In 2010 I started on my own and have been going strong ever since.

Beyond helpful! I was buying a used car and called to see if I could get it looked at before I bought. He was on his way out to an errand and literally turned around, came back to the shop, took the car he had in the bay, to pull my car in to take a look. He told me the work that needed to be done, and was honest in the price I should pay for it. I brought the car back for the work, it was done in a timely manner, and I was in the loop 100%. I will definitely be bringing my business back :)

Troy is the best mechanic I’ve been to in the area, and he’s definitely the fairest. His prices are unmatchable and the quality of the work is just as good, if not better, than anyone else. Troy took my car in right away, allowed me to look at the issues and discuss it with him, as well as the fact that he took a look at the undercarriage of my car with me and went over things that needed to be taken care of. He knows pretty much everything about a car that you could ask and NEVER talks down to the customer (as if some don’t know what they’re talking about).

Today my car (battery) died while I was at Walmart. No one I know was available to help me and I currently do not have AAA. I was almost positive it was my battery (no pun intended). I bought a battery there, but their policy doesn’t allow workers to assist with this kind of thing. Troy happened to walk by and offered assistance, which was a Godsend to me. I’m sure that he had plenty to do already today, but still took time to help a stranger. He jumped the car and then, at his shop, he took the time to test the original battery and explained the inner workings of batteries to me, and was quite knowledgable. It turned out my battery was indeed junk. He replaced the battery without hesitation. It goes to show there are good people out there, and I will definitely refer back to Troy for any future car issues.
