fast and quick service i bought four tires with free alignment great price

I really think this is a horribly ran business!!! I called and asked how much a alignment is but when they answered the phone they just said «hello» I was like «is this American Tire»…very unprofessional… I got my alignment and everything and I drove off and my car is still shaking super super bad… ok so that didn’t help… I stopped one day later to look at my tires and there is a HUGE tear in my tire… I DO NOT KNOW HOW A TIRE COMPANY WORKING ON MY CAR DIDN’T SEE IT??? I am very unhappy that they didn’t even take the time to look at my tires while it was up on the hoist to see if I needed any new tires because hello they could make $$ of selling me new tires and they could help me be SAFE like I am appalled and will NEVER EVER take my car back here and I WILL TELL EVERYONE I know to NEVER go here!!! I should call them back and demand my money back because they didn’t do jack for me but charge me for a alignment that didn’t help because my car was shaking because of the messed up tire they should of noticed!!! Get your S*** together guys otherwise I see your business going under!!!

I received great service today. Synthetic oil change, breaks all around. I don’t trust a lot of mechanics but these folks seemed trustworthy. No surprises. Nice people.

Wow where do I start… First they did a good job on wife’s car. So I brought my sons car there to get his motor swapped. First they quote one price then that rep left the company. Then this new guy named Chris showed up and doubled it. After all said and done car is still messed up and they will not do anything to resolve. I am in process of filling a complaint with the BAR. Until they stand by their word and quote I would not trust a single thing done on any cars… Chris can not stick by his word…

hello, everybody these guys that left positive reviews for these «know everything to run a business» people. they are the complete opposite. employees are not intelligent at all. i will not be surprised if they even have their ged. second of all, they do not know what they buy for their customer to install, any parts at all, they charger their customer alot alot more money, then go buy used parts at a dismantler yard, install garbage into the car, and say they installed new parts. liers. have employees that loose money and then try and blame you like you took their money, when in fact he handed the money to the seller. is very ignorant and believes he is a genius and knows how to run a business, with only positive reviews by their own employees. i would like to warn you customer please dont get robbed your hard earned money, that you work had for let these imbeciles take it from you for doing work for double, triple the price. a real shop will tell you exactly what is wrong with your car, and fix it. they will do whatever they can do make sure you come back to them, so before your car is done, they break something in the car so that you come back and repair it again. when in fact the part was good, but they break it so you go back to them again. do not fall prey to these fake positive reviews left by their employees. sad, need to learn to run a business and stop being ignorant, telling other people how to run a business, which is professional. which knows what they are selling, at the end told the sold the wrong part, when the part is sold for the exact car it will fit as said, not the car they had to fix for a customer. i feel sorry for the customer that needed that engine fixed. loyal customer please find a shop for yourself with integrity, honesty, and self respect. there are shops out there that fix your cars the way they would fix their own cars, with heart and dignity. selfishhhhh all about $$$ business. poor poor employee training, workmanship, sales, and overall business matters. thank you have blessed day. don’t not fall prey to this. bye mr. vince

the new techs diagnosed the check engine light on the explorer i just purchased and also pointed out a few problems with the suspension that i will be back to have them fix.

Do not trust your car here! It is beyond me how they could screw up a oil change and top off of fluids! But these guys sure did… by forgetting to put my coolant cap back on knowing full well I was going on a trip going over two major mountains, they blew my engine up and I could have died! Their «customer service» is crap. They want to charge me again for them to fix my alignment which has been out since about 2 weeks after it was done, it hasn’t even been half a year. I think someone shouldn’t charge you if they mess up on your car.
