History
Established in 2012.
Advanced Animal Emergency was started because two doctors had a serious passion for emergency medicine and a hope to build strong relationships witin the local veterinary community. Starting in 2012, we have had a staff that has been on board since the very beginning, working to build this practice into a family. Dr. Lutz and Dr. Hynes have both been mentored by two longtime members of the Metro Detroit veterinary family and are now looking to take this clinic forward into the future.
Meet the Manager
Amanda M.
Manager
Amanda has been an LVT since 2007. Amanda has experience in both general day practice and emergency medicine as a technician and has now moved into the position as the practice manager. She has a strong background in customer service and wants every client to feel like they are a part of a family, knowing that every staff member at Advanced Animal Emergency will treat every patient like it’s their own pet. She also has a heart for neonate care and works with several local rescues to help bottle-feed kittens and puppies that need a foster mom. She works with clients with new litters to help them transition as new pet parents as well. Finally, Amanda has a heart for community, as well. She works hard to find ways that Advanced Animal Emergency can team up with organizations in the local cities to give back.
