NTB – National Tire & Battery

Be careful here. They advertise free lifetime rotation upon purchase of new tires. I have tried no less than 10 times with 3 cars (of which I purchased all new tires at this location) to attempt to get my tires rotated. Usually they are too busy installing new tires. I guess you need to catch them off-​season. Also, they didn’t have my service record/​tire purchase in the computer so they were under the impression I didn’t buy my tires here. Luckily, I had my receipt in the glove box. Apparently there was a mistake with my agreement in that I didn’t purchase the lifetime balancing. Like I said, be careful and go over your invoice line-​by-​line. There is no way that there isn’t some kind of oversight because they transferred to a new computerized system. Of course I didn’t get the benefit of the doubt. Try Tire Discounter or Costco. It it worth the slight extra money to have a rock solid customer service experience. Sorry, I have always enjoyed my experiences here until this day.

NTB in Chaska is my favorite place to go for tires :)) and I’m pretty sure their other service are excellent as well. The guys are super nice and always go out of their way to help you out. Thanks Shannon (Manager) and your boys (Alex, Teddy … The rest which I don’t know their names).
I usually switch my winter and summer tires and rims at there and they make sure my alignment is good and the air pressure not low. I’ve recommend my family and friends to go there for tires and service. They have the best deals that I find awesome!!! I do like NTB in Chaska; I’ve been to others but I feel more comfort bring my cars there.
I’m going to get new wheels and tires for my 2002 Volkswagen New Beetle on Monday. They were very punctual in calling me to let me know they have arrived … I’m looking forward in placing new set of tires for my Beetle by NTB because I know they will take good care of it.
I’ll post up my new shoes when I get it Install on Monday … I’m super excited!

Since my first review, I have been back several times. When I bought a new car (2013 Elantra GT), the Chaska store could not do the alignment because they didn’t have the updated software package for the alignment equipment. They said they would order it — they did — and they called me to tell me they had it and could now align my vehicle. I went back earlier this week and received my usual wonderful service, including a follow-​up call from Shannon, the manager, to see if I was satisfied.
Since then, I have been back twice for alignments and tire rotation. Appointments are easy to get by phone or online and I am in and out in an hour or less. I receive the follow-​up call every time and am treated very well, indeed. I have the five year alignment program, which has to be one of the best auto repair deals going.
