Established in 2009.
Lora is a fun, energetic working moher of two very busy girls who loves to help her with her Zumba song selection and choreography. She specializes in beginner classes that take the anxiety out of a new exercise program by structuring classes that are fun and challenging, but still attainable for beginners. I will be soon certified to teach Zumba Gold for older adults, Zumba Toning where we will use toning sticks along with music. I look forward to moving with you all in class ZUMBA!
