Hi-Life Vitamin & Herb

I ordered 2 products from them 12−26−12 because of there low price. I paid for them right away instantly. What I ordered was vitamins that I take everyday and need them on a daily basis! I was told shipping would be 3 – 5 days which would have been fine. It has been 2 weeks and I still don’t have them. I called on Friday 01−04−13 and received worthless customer NO service and was told the manager has left for the day, and call back Monday. I was told the reason for the delay was because they were out of the product and they had to wait for it to come in. Which they never bothered to tell me. What they told me was I would receive within 3 – 5 days! I called back 01−08−13 because I still don’t have them, and again was told by customer NO service that the manager was gone for the day and to call tomorrow but she has meetings and appointments and such. I tried to explain my dilemma and was told it was my fault because I didn’t request expedite shipping. (THAT WAS AN INSULT AND MADE ME MAD) I wish they would have told me from the start that they were out of the product and that there would be a delay and let me decide if I wanted to wait or give me a refund! So basically I am still waiting on a call from «the manager»
