Kleinbaum James Attorney

I was very impressed with Mr. Kleinbaum. He gave amazing results. I would most certainly recommend him for Criminal court.

By far, Mr Kleinbaum and his staff are the most unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered. We arrived ten minutes early for our appointment. Kleinbaum and his two secretaries were chatting with another client when we arrived. Not one of them greeted us, or even made eye contact with us, despite the office entry being quite small. Twenty minutes after we arrived Kleinbaum, told us he would be right with us. Another twenty minutes passed. We were them bought back to his office, where he proceeded to argue with my mother that my recently deceased family member had never signed his will, despite my mother having a signed copy, stamped with kleinbaums office information. He refused to admit he lost the original will. He then called in his assistant to show her that he did indeed sign the will and the assistant must have lost it. She very flippantly laughed, said «oh well» and walked out of the office. He spent more time discussing his fees than he did with anything legal. He assured my mother that he would mail the required paperwork the next day. A month later, his office has done nothing. She has called multiple times with no response. She went in person to the office after multiple calls. After twenty give minutes of waiting, Kleinbaum came out and told her he now lost the entire file to include the one signed copy my mother have him! Save yourself money and see a professional! This guy is by far the most unprofessional, inept, disorganized, rude individual! It’s unfortunate that I have to give him one star as there is not a NO star option!!! DO not give this guy a dime of your money!!!
